Job summary

Qualifications

• Leads development of control center procedures, training and quality assurance.
• Senior project management and technical leadership for complex NAS initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical authority for NAS systems and TOCC operations.
• Lead strategic development and administration of NAS control center procedures.
• Monitor NAS services, identify faults and coordinate restoration with stakeholders.
• Prioritize NAS service delivery and manage resources for large work activities.
• Represent FAA as a senior technical authority on agency activities and emerging tech.
