Job summary

Shiseido Americas in New York seeks a Supply Planner for the S&OP NARS team to ensure inventory metrics at the ADC are met, including service level, coverage, and excess/obsolete management. You will collaborate with Demand Planning, web team, US sales, and international affiliates; leverage IBP allocations, analyze stock, coordinate drops, and manage safety stock and ATS.

A problem-solving mindset and knowledge of supply planning processes are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field or related job experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP is a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review IBP allocations and adjust stock availability.
• Collaborate with web team to ensure stock and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate drop shipments and allocate US domestic stock.
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor KPIs like fill rate.
