Job summary

Interparfums USA, LLC in New York is seeking a Demand Planner to support data-informed inventory and purchasing decisions across its brands. You will analyze sales history, forecast trends, and collaborate with regional teams to refine projections and optimize stock levels.

This role combines hands-on analytics with cross-functional collaboration, supporting monthly S&OP, SKU rationalization, and new product launch forecasting in a fast-paced luxury beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in demand forecasting, data analytics, and inventory management.
• Experience in Beauty/CPG/Luxury industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production and sales forecasting across brands and SKUs.
• Collaborate with regional Sales on promotions and distribution changes.
• Assist with inventory allocation across warehouses and transfers.
• Support the bi-annual SKU rationalization process.
• Prepare quarterly Forecast Accuracy & Bias reports at SKU and brand levels.
• Assist with monthly S&OP meetings with analyses and recommendations.
• Support new product launch forecasting with historical performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Material Planning, Global Trade Marketing, and Global Marketing teams.
