Job summary

Shiseido Americas, headquartered in New York City with U.S. offices in New Jersey, Texas, Ohio, and Florida, seeks a Supply Chain Manager/Planner to lead new product launch activities, develop internal timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet OTIF targets.

You will mentor a team, partner with planning, production and quality, and drive end-to-end FG planning from launch to replenishment while maintaining launch timelines.

Qualifications

• 4-year academic degree in a relevant field or related job experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in project management or supply chain.
• Competent with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• 3 years of experience in an ERP/MRP environment.
• SAP and IBP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team for new product launches.
• Drive the new product innovation process from formula approval to execution.
• Develop internal project timelines aligned with cross-functional partners.
• Validate milestones and ensure the timeline is achievable.
• Lead plant project review meetings and coordinate IT/operational integration.
• Partner with Material Supply Planning to ensure timely PO placement and delivery.
• Collaborate with planning and manufacturing to support end-to-end scheduling.
