Cosentino North America is seeking a City Center Manager for its Cosentino City Chicago showroom in Chicago, IL. The role combines sales leadership, direct selling and active business development to drive growth, customer experience and brand presence.

You will own the City Center sales budget, KPIs and KAIs, build relationships with architects and designers, manage outside sales visits, and lead the City Center Specialist to deliver high-end events that attract traffic and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience selling stone products.
• Experience closing B2B and B2C deals.
• Ability to plan events for architects and designers.
• Proficient with CRM software.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales at the City Center showroom and drive customer engagement.
• Develop and grow B2B and B2C relationships with architects and designers.
• Manage the City Center sales budget and KPIs.
• Conduct face-to-face visits with key customers and prospects.
• Coordinate with outside sales to maximize opportunities.
