Le Belge Chocolatier in Napa Valley is seeking an experienced Chocolate Production Supervisor to lead the production floor, improve quality and efficiency, and mentor the next generation of chocolatiers. You will manage tempering, molding, enrobing, and packaging to meet exacting standards and schedules.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial chocolate production with supervisory experience, culinary training, and proven chocolate product development skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial chocolate production.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience in a chocolate or food-production environment
• Proven experience in chocolate product development and recipe formulation
• Working knowledge of automated and semi-automated chocolate machinery
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of food-safety principles
• A calm, approachable leadership style and a genuine passion for helping people succeed

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the team, coaching and growing production staff.
• Run daily production: plan schedules, staffing, and workflow around orders and capacity.
• Oversee tempering, molding, enrobing, decorating, and customization to standards.
• Develop and test new products and formulations for repeatable results.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot chocolate equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and costs.
• Champion food-safety and workplace-safety standards.
