Napa Valley Care Center in Napa, CA is hiring CNAs for the PM shift. Earn $21.00-$22.00 per hour DOE and join a supportive team dedicated to seniors in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; compassionate, resident-focused care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Take and document vital signs as assigned.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and nutritional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Help provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and respectfully.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care preferred
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, professional, and dependable work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
