Napa Valley Care Center is seeking compassionate CNAs for AM Shift in Napa, CA. We offer 21.00–22.00 per hour DOE with Full-Time and Part-Time positions available on the AM/Day Shift.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care is preferred.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, professional and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and mobility.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Take and document vital signs as assigned.
• Assist with meal service, hydration and nutritional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment; respond to call lights promptly.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians and care team.
