Napa Valley Care Center in Napa, CA is seeking compassionate CNAs for the PM/Evening shift. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor conditions, and support an interdisciplinary care team to maintain dignity and independence. Full-time and part-time roles with consistent scheduling are available.

Earn $21.00-$22.00 per hour DOE. This position offers a supportive work culture, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth in a community-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or related care settings is preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and resident-focused care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, professional and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• New CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Provide resident-centered care promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents and report changes to licensed staff promptly.
• Take and document vital signs as assigned.
• Assist with meals, hydration and nutritional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Respond to call lights promptly and respectfully.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians and care team.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and social well-being.
