Job summary

Napa Valley Care Center in Napa, CA is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PM/Evening shifts. This role offers competitive pay of $21.00-$22.00 per hour DOE, with full-time and part-time options and stable evening hours.

You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health, take vital signs, assist with meals, document care, and collaborate with nurses and therapists to maintain dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents and report changes to licensed nurses.
• Take and document vital signs as assigned.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and nutritional support.
