Job summary

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding resident care.
