The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and must be flexible to work weekends and holidays, with housing on Nantucket required.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a handheld device to enter client and flight information.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Must have housing on Nantucket.

Responsibilities

• Greets passengers upon arrival at the terminal and uses software for check-in.
• Collects and weighs baggage for pilots.
• Ensures passenger comfort and informs of flight delays.
• Assists with pilot introduction, boarding calls, and baggage handling.
• Promotes Tradewind's personal travel branding.
• Arrives and is ready to work on time.
• Raises issues to supervisor promptly.
• Adheres to safe work practices and procedures.
• Stocks lounge and tracks inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
