Tradewind Aviation is seeking a full-time Supervisor for Northeast Ground Operations based in White Plains, NY. The role focuses on supervising concierge staff, ensuring safety and high-quality service, and coordinating daily shift coverage across multiple Northeast locations.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to travel to NE stations as needed. Weekend and holiday availability is required in this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise concierge operations and train staff on service expectations.
• Ensure safety and professionalism across all teams.
• Schedule concierge and ramp agents at multiple Northeast stations.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain CX standards.
• Cover shifts at Northeast locations as needed (ACK, MVY, TEB, HPN, BED).
• Monitor hours and assist in payroll processes with Paylocity.
• Act as office and vendor point of contact for daily ops.
• Support inventory and facility readiness at NE locations.

About the Candidate / Role

Tradewind Aviation is looking for a full-time Supervisor, Northeast Ground Operations to be based in White Plains, NY. The purpose of the Supervisor, Northeast Ground Operations, is to supervise and help streamline day-to-day operations at all Northeast stations. The ideal candidate will be customer service focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible with work schedule and able to work weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions

• Assist in supervising the concierge; assist in ensuring team members are properly trained including service, expectations, and policies.
• Ensure everyone is professional and most importantly safe.
• Monitor performance and recommend corrective action. Alert management of potentially serious issues.
• Travel to each location to cover shifts as needed including ACK, MVY, TEB, HPN, BED
• Manage scheduling for concierge and ramp agents.
• Assist in the confirmation of hours worked with Paylocity.
• Point of contact for the office and outside vendors.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting the ramp agents.
• Maintaining facility readiness at all locations, including inventory and daily upkeep,
• Assist in the inventory checklist of the condos in the NE as well as PR.
• Manage the catering inventory for the NE
• Assist with the management of the crew cars with the NE team.
• Alert PR team when a crew car is showing maintenance on the tracking system.
• Assist in training of Client Experience, assuring the vision of CX is being met.
• Assisting in audits of each airport with the Director of Safety in NE.
