Job summary

Tradewind Aviation is seeking a full-time Scheduled Service Coordinator to be based in our Oxford, CT office. The role focuses on delivering seamless travel experiences by coordinating domestic and international reservations and communicating with clients.

You will work with a motivated team, handle bookings, respond to inquiries by email and phone, and adapt to seasonal demand. Prior customer service and strong communication skills are essential; occasional evenings, holidays, and weekends may

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm, professional de-escalation abilities.
• Self-motivated team player with independence.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient with internet navigation and MS Office.
• Flexible schedule for evenings, holidays, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate company values with clients and teammates.
• Be engaged in team meetings and/or training sessions to build knowledge of products and initiatives.
• Engage in conversation with clients while navigating multiple systems and resources.
• Accurately book and confirm domestic and international flight reservations.
• Respond to clients’ questions and requests via email and phone.
• Monitor and reply to company instant messaging with remote airport handlers and interdepartmental communication.
• Inform guests of flight delays via SMS system and phone.
• Assist and educate guests of passport and visa requirements.
• Diplomatically resolve travel-related issues.
• Pursue resolutions to trip issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
