Job summary

Tradewind Aviation is seeking a full-time Scheduled Service Coordinator to be based in our Oxford, CT office. You will manage guest travel from inquiry to confirmation, booking domestic and international flights and coordinating with clients and team members to ensure a flawless trip.

You'll need strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to seasonal demand and non-traditional hours. Join our hands-on team delivering personal aviation service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
• Self-motivated with the capability to work as part of a close team.
• Independent problem solver with strong typing skills.
• Proficient with internet navigation, instant messenger tools, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in procedures and directions.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate company values with clients and teammates.
• Engage in conversations with clients while navigating multiple systems.
• Accurately book and confirm domestic and international flight reservations.
• Respond to clients’ questions and requests via email and phone.
• Monitor and reply to company instant messaging with airport handlers and internal teams.
• Inform guests of flight delays via SMS and phone.
• Assist guests with passport and visa requirements.
• Diplomatically resolve travel-related issues and pursue resolutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
