Nantucket Cottage Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for 100% onsite work on Nantucket Island, MA. This 36-hour-per-week position features rotating shifts and a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality patient care across all ages.

The nurse will assess and plan care, coordinate with the medical team, and support discharge planning. Candidates should have an accredited nursing degree, RN license in MA, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and ED experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; MA RN license required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Emergency Department (ED) experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collects and documents all data pertinent to patient’s needs within 24 hours of admission.
• Documents and reports significant findings of ongoing patient assessment.
• Formulates patient plan of care based on age-specific needs and standards of practice.
• Discharges planning within 24 hours of admission and documents the plan.
