Zusammenfassung

The Nantucket Cottage Hospital is seeking a Registered Staff Nurse for 36 hours per week, 100% onsite on Nantucket Island, MA, with rotating shifts. Previous Emergency Department (ED) experience strongly preferred and a Massachusetts RN license is required.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients across the lifespan, document findings, and communicate plans during shift reports while participating in discharge planning and upholding hospital standards.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of accredited nursing school; RN license required
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
• ED experience strongly preferred
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs with assistance

• Formulate discharge plan within 24 hours of admission
• Coordinate and supervise nursing staff and activities
