Job summary

Infobip is seeking a Voice Commercial Executive to drive regional growth across North America. The role champions Voice strategy, leads outbound prospecting, and partners with local sales teams to convert engagement into pipeline opportunities.

You will own multi-channel outreach, manage HQ campaigns, and expand Voice UCaaS/CCaaS, Voice AI platforms, and Voice wholesale. You’ll provide market insight and customer feedback to HQ while supporting revenue targets and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Voice product sales and outbound prospecting.
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer-facing confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAM regional strategy and execution aligned with company objectives.
• Own the outbound sales cycle and build a self-generated pipeline.
• Support regional sales teams with training, enablement and guidance.
• Provide market feedback and competitive insights to HQ to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with HQ and regional stakeholders to align product strategy and initiatives.
