Hunter+Sage is seeking an experienced HR Manager to build the HR infrastructure and culture across NAM growth markets. This strategic, business-minded leader partners with senior leadership to move HR from reactive to proactive.

You will lead regional HR strategy, operations, workforce planning, and talent development, and scale HR across multiple NAM locations while delivering measurable people outcomes.

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect HR actions to P&L and business results.
• Proven ability to scale HR in a high-growth environment.
