Raytheon seeks a seasoned Program Operations Manager to lead OSC Growth within Advanced Programs, focusing on supplier capacity, cost, schedule, and risk management. This onsite role requires travel up to 80% domestically, active U.S.

security clearance, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management to deliver on program objectives. You will partner with suppliers to scale production, monitor EVMS metrics, and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

Experience in supply chain, finance, operations, project management, and/or program management.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Manage and report short and long-term cost, schedule, execution planning, forecasting, and productivity for Supplier Capacity investments.
Manage sourcing, capital, and capacity strategies to increase production deliveries within timeline.
Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives.
Identify supply gaps and strategies to address.
Demonstrate strong business acumen in managing budget, schedule, and resource plans.
Deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership showing bias for action.
