• Proficiency with compliance case management systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead NAM Compliance team (6–8 staff) and coordinate with Global Compliance Director.
• Deliver ongoing training on policies, SOPs, and enforcement standards.
• Communicate policy changes clearly and ensure team adoption.
• Manage investigations and ensure timely, well-documented outcomes.
• Develop and monitor compliance metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments on compliance matters.
• Escalate high‑risk issues to leadership and maintain robust recordkeeping.
