Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of the AKS, False Claims Act and industry codes.
• Legal background preferred; JD or equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel up to 15%.
• Ability to lead change in a matrix organisation.

• Benchmark to ensure best-in-class compliance in BU/market.

• Drive local monitoring in parallel with global program.
• Oversee Third Party Seller and third party risk assessments.
• Represent Compliance in leadership team meetings.
• Ensure corrective actions for compliance issues.
