Amazon's Global Environmental Assurance and Protection team seeks a NA Water Program Manager to own the lifecycle of water compliance programs across North America, translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable frameworks for field execution.

You will define done criteria, design systems and tools with built-in measurement, and partner with Legal, operations, and procurement to align with the operating model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in compliance, audit or risk management.
• 5+ years in program or project management.
• Experience owning program strategy and reporting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.

Responsabilités

• Translate the NA water compliance vision into executable program frameworks across OP1, OP2, and quarterly planning cycles.
• Own the lifecycle of NA water compliance programs from definition through pilot, prove, and scale.
• Design KPI and compliance metric frameworks that provide real-time visibility into water program performance.
• Partner with Amazon Legal, regulators, and technology teams to resolve barriers and accelerate solutions.
• Build data-driven business cases with quantified risk and ROI to secure cross-functional investment.
• Oversee third-party contractors and audit/governance to ensure milestones and quality.
• Travel up to 25–50%.
