Amazon Inc. is seeking a highly experienced NA Water Program Manager to own the lifecycle of water compliance programs across North America. You will translate ambiguous regulatory landscapes into actionable program frameworks and drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, operations, and procurement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate NA water compliance vision into executable program frameworks across planning cycles.
• Own lifecycle of NA water compliance programs from definition through scale.
• Contribute to operating plans and budget inputs with resource trade-offs.
• Design program controllership mechanisms, cadences, escalation paths, and dashboards.
• Communicate program status and risks to Director and VP audiences.
• Partner with Legal, regulators, and technology to resolve barriers.
• Define and implement KPI and compliance metric frameworks.
• Build data-driven business cases to secure cross-functional investments.
• Oversee work by third-party contractors and vendors with audit governance.
• Work autonomously in ambiguous regulatory environments, driving alignment.
• Embed water compliance in day-to-day operations and field sustainment.
• Travel up to 25-50%.
