Job summary

The NAM Compliance Manager at LifeWave Corporate will lead the NAM Compliance team in Draper, Utah, directing compliance programs and staff performance under the Global Compliance Director. You will supervise a team of specialists, drive policy adherence, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Marketing to ensure compliant operations.

You will develop training, monitor metrics, and escalate risks while advancing global compliance standards within the NAM region.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in direct sales with 5-7 years of program/project management experience.
• Previous experience with and working knowledge of compliance processes and functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content/presentation creation tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in training and SOPs documentation.

Responsibilities

• Leads NAM Compliance team, including supervision of specialists, training and development.
• Establishes goals, monitors workload, and escalates risks to the Global Compliance Director.
• Oversees investigations, case management and enforcement actions with proper documentation.
• Partners with NAM Sales, Marketing and other departments to ensure compliant programs.
• Develops education resources and implements compliance initiatives across NAM.
