Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives for North America CCB with high quality and timeliness.
• Support governance programs and track performance against priorities.
• Own NAM CCB processes with cross‑functional partnerships.
• Ensure headcount and real estate data is accurate and onboarding/terminations are managed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and Industry heads in North America.
• Lead project management for global enabler workstreams.
• Provide materials for NAM Monthly and quarterly Business Reviews.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify drivers, opportunities and threats.
• Leverage data sources for ad hoc strategic analytics.
• Develop materials for management presentations and town halls.
• Support Annual Plan development with Finance and Industry teams.
• Manage cross-functional projects impacting the business.
