Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior leader for the Global Network Banking (GNB) unit in New York to drive strategic growth initiatives and oversee essential business management operations. You will partner with the Global GNB Head and GNB Head of Client Strategy, coordinating cross-regional teams to execute priorities.

As the primary analytical lead, you will track KPIs, prepare management dashboards, and drive high-impact executive presentations while ensuring risk controls and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving, analytical, execution and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise.
• Ability to work independently and own tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to drive strategic growth initiatives across clusters and functions.
• Oversee KPIs, scorecards, and management reporting dashboards to track milestones.
• Lead operational cadences for business reviews and executive presentations.
• Support CRM, client intelligence, and network enablement tools.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management, synthesizing findings.
• Foster collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing in a global team.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
