Hiatus Day Spa & Med Spa in Texas is seeking a dynamic Lead in Nail Therapy to elevate performance, professionalism, and culture of the Nail Therapy Team. You will coach therapists, coordinate training, and ensure exceptional guest care while partnering with Spa Manager and Education Manager.

The role involves leading new hire training, supporting new spa openings, coordinating onboarding, and driving ongoing education on advanced techniques.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nail Therapist with 1 year spa or salon experience.
• Advanced training in nail therapies including French manicures, nail art, and reflexology.
• Authorized to work in the United States; weekend/evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead department by monitoring performance and coaching therapists.
• Conduct new hire training for nail therapists.
• Assist with new spa openings in the market.
• Support onboarding and interview processes.
• Collaborate with Education Manager to deliver ongoing education.
