Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa & Med Spa is seeking a Director of Education to lead learning initiatives across our Texas-based network. The role focuses on refining training, developing scalable programs for spa and med spa teams, and driving standardization of service quality and guest satisfaction.

The position reports to the VP of Stores, collaborates with Operations and HR, and supports growth through effective leadership development and education governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading learning and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic learning and development initiatives across the organization, aligning training with business goals.
• Oversee onboarding, advanced education, and professional development programs for spa and med spa staff.
• Develop scalable training processes, SOPs, and resource materials for multiple locations.
• Monitor training effectiveness, and use data to drive improvements in guest satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to coach managers, support succession planning, and build leadership capability.
• Manage education calendars, vendor partnerships, and certifications to support growth and compliance.
