Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in spa or clean nail salon environment.
• Emphasis on luxury, warm and friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and spa experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and recommend retail products to meet monthly goals.
• Promote Hiatus missions, culture, and high expectations.
• Cross-sell additional spa services, add-ons, and products.
• Build and maintain regular clientele and promote referral programs.
• Keep treatment space clean and stocked for next service.
• Sanitize basins and equipment per state guidelines.
