Job summary

Hiatus in Texas is seeking a Lead in Nail Therapy to elevate performance, professionalism, and culture for the Nail Therapy Team. You’ll coach, educate, and support therapists, serving as a key ambassador for The Hiatus Way and guest care standards.

You’ll partner with Spa and Education managers to drive training initiatives, advanced techniques, and top-tier service quality across our growing locations. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nail Therapist with 1 year of spa or salon experience or 6 months with Hiatus.
• Strong knowledge of nail products, treatments, and techniques, incl. French manicures and nail art.
• Authorized to work in the United States; availability on weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead department, monitor performance, provide feedback, and support therapists and guests.
• Conduct new hire training for nail therapists locally, focusing on services and product knowledge.
• Assist with new spa openings in the market.
• Support interview process and onboarding to ensure excellence.
• Coordinate during training, oversee test-outs, and manage feedback forms.
• Coach therapists using performance metrics and foster a growth mindset.
• Collaborate with Education Manager to lead ongoing training and product knowledge.
