• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry

• Educate clients on nail care, color theory, and recommended treatments to enhance their overall experience
• Manage appointment scheduling, client consultations, and service customization to meet individual needs
• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
• Mentor and train junior technicians on advanced techniques

Requirements

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and enhancement techniques
• In-depth knowledge of nail applications including acrylics, gel polishes, dip powders, and disinfection procedures
• Strong understanding of salon safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs
• Experience in retail sales strategies including upselling products related to nail care and beauty treatments
• Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Technology from an accredited program; state licensing where applicable
• Knowledge of color theory for creating custom nail designs and artistic enhancements
• Ability to lead a team by demonstrating professionalism, motivation, and excellent customer service skills
