Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) seeks an experienced NAC Operations Training & Support Lead to drive training and support for its Operations team across Billing, Surplus Lines, AR and AP.

You will design manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules and coordinate with SMEs to ensure accurate, compliant content. You will deliver programs in person, virtually, and via hybrid formats, track participation, and provide ongoing coaching during system go‑live and updates.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training for accounting functions (Billing, Surplus Lines, AR, AP).
• Ability to develop and follow individual work plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within region and to Gallagher HQ.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs in Billing, Surplus Lines, AR and AP to ensure accurate, compliant content.
• Deliver training across in-person, virtual, hybrid and e-learning formats.
• Maintain and update e-learning programs; track participation and provide metrics to leadership.
• Provide go-live support and coaching; monitor training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership, IT, and stakeholders to align training with goals.
• Develop metrics and reports to measure training impact and drive improvements.
