Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a National Accounting Center (NAC) Operations Training & Support Lead to drive training initiatives for the Operations team at a leading global insurance brokerage firm. The role focuses on Billing, Surplus Lines, AR, and AP, with hands-on support during system implementations and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years directly applicable experience in insurance or financial brokerage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in developing and following individual work plan(s).
• Proficient in MS Office with PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Up to 60% travel, with travel within assigned region and Gallagher headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids, tailored to Operations needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs in Billing, Surplus Lines, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable to ensure content accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver training programs across in-person, virtual, hybrid, and e-learning formats.
• Continuously evaluate and update training materials to reflect process and system changes.
