Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect with deep knowledge of modern Network-as-a-Service platforms and traditional networking. The role emphasizes pre-sales leadership, technical SME guidance, and collaboration with partners to design and articulate solutions across hardware, software, cloud, and services.

The candidate will lead discovery, design, and demonstrations, working with channel partners and Arrow teams to convert opportunities into sales and drive pipeline

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a 4-year CS/EE/MIS or equivalent.
• Hands-on knowledge of NaaS platforms and modern networks.
• Certifications in networking/cloud are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account penetration strategies with sales/marketing.
• Provide technical leadership to channel partners and sales staff in pre-sales.
• Demonstrate SME level knowledge of network products (hardware, software, cloud, services).
• Act as a technical consultant to design and propose solutions for partners and end users.
