Stantec seeks a North America Sector Leader for Management & Technology Consulting in water. You will guide advisory, digital, program management, technology, and asset management services for water clients across North America.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, and delivering innovative, technology-enabled solutions, with collaboration across regional leaders and clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and inspire teams with a strong commitment to achieving goals and upholding Stantec’s values and policies.
• Experienced and visible industry leader in management consulting, technology consulting, utility advisory services, digital transformation, program management, or related disciplines.
• Recognized technical proficiency and thought leadership within the consulting and advisory marketplace.
• Strategic understanding of technologies, regulations, industry trends, and business issues affecting water-sector clients.
• Demonstrated ability to champion innovation and lead implementation of emerging technologies and consulting approaches.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a Community of Practice focused on management consulting, asset management, digital transformation, and advisory services.
• Drive strategy and brand activities by staying current on industry drivers and digital technologies.
• Deliver excellence by recruiting and connecting practitioners with project teams to provide high-value solutions.
• Collaborate with regional growth leaders and account managers to pursue new opportunities in advisory, digital, and program-management services.
