thyssenkrupp Materials NA in North America seeks a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting and support workforce planning. You will attract, assess, and hire talent while driving process improvements and leveraging metrics to guide decisions.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR Partners to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring and a positive candidate experience. The role requires a data-driven mindset, the ability to manage multiple requisitions, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years in recruiting or HR roles.
• Experience handling multiple requisitions across job families.
• Strong ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define requirements and create effective postings.
• Develop and improve recruiting tools, templates, and processes for consistency and fairness.
• Sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels; proactive talent pipelining.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ATS compliance.
