Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Project Planning & Scheduling, NA to lead planning and scheduling across the North American Construction Delivery portfolio. You will establish standards and governance, drive schedule confidence, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery.

You will own analytics, predictive planning tools, and executive dashboards to improve forecasting and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, project controls, or project management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing planning, scheduling, or project controls teams.
• Experience with large-scale data center/infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American Planning & Scheduling across Construction Delivery.
• Establish planning standards, governance, and scheduling best practices for all projects.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and portfolio-level scheduling visibility for leadership.
