Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Planning & Scheduling, NA, to lead planning and scheduling across the North American Construction Delivery organization. You will establish standards, governance, and predictive analytics to improve schedule certainty while partnering with Construction, Development, Engineering, and Operations teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or related field required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the North American Planning & Scheduling function; establish standards, governance, and best practices across all projects.
• Drive portfolio-wide schedule reviews and executive governance processes.
• Create and maintain schedule databases; implement standardized WBS and SOV; support development of project schedules and milestones.
• Lead schedule risk assessments; develop contingency planning and recovery strategies; drive schedule recovery actions.
• Collaborate across Development, Design & Engineering, Procurement, PM, Construction, Quality & Commissioning, and Operations.
• Build and mentor a team of planners and schedulers; promote planning standards and continuous improvement.
