Job summary

Vantage seeks a Senior Manager, Project Planning & Scheduling, NA to lead planning standards and governance across North America’s Construction Delivery. You’ll drive schedule accuracy and reporting while partnering with Development, Engineering, Procurement and Operations.

You will mentor planners, implement WBS/SOV frameworks, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards to accelerate project delivery and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or related field required; Master's or MBA preferred.
• PMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), PMI-SP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years in construction planning/scheduling; 5+ years leading planning/scheduling teams; large-scale data center or infrastructure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Planning & Scheduling across Construction Delivery with governance and standards.
• Build portfolio schedules, KPI dashboards and risk mitigation plans.
• Develop predictive planning tools and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Development, Design & Engineering, Procurement, PM, Construction, QA/Commissioning, and Operations.
