Qualifications

• 2–4 years of communications experience, internal communications a must.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with adaptable tone.
• Experience supporting communications for commercial, retail or field-based population preferred.
• Strong project coordination skills with timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Experience drafting newsletters, internal posts, talking points, PowerPoint decks and briefing documents.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to work quickly while maintaining quality.
• Proactive self-starter with follow-through and sound judgment in a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable in a matrixed environment partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Natural curiosity and storytelling instincts with interest in employee engagement.
• Ability to use feedback, analytics and engagement insights to refine communications.
• Positive, flexible approach with problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimal travel required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and publish content for internal communications channels including newsletters and regional updates.
• Support development of communication materials: toolkits, talking points, briefing documents and leadership messages.
• Manage regional editorial calendars, content plans and publishing schedules.
• Create and execute multimedia content and employee storytelling initiatives.
• Partner with Global Corporate Communications, Retail Operations and People & Development to support priorities.
• Coordinate communication assets, project plans and timelines for seamless execution.
• Assist with analytics, survey feedback and engagement metrics reporting.
• Support employee engagement programs, leadership communications and corporate events for the region.
• Plan and execute regional events and touchpoints such as Town Halls and In Conversation programming.
