The Employee Communications Associate for North America supports the development and execution of communications for the North America region commercial organization. Guided by the Company’s Next Great Chapter: Drive strategy, this role will focus on how to leverage our internal channels to inform, inspire, and engage employees across distribution, corporate, and retail.
Working closely with the North America Employee Communications Lead, this position will support day-to-day communications planning, content development for weekly newsletter and internal social channel, editorial calendar management, employee storytelling, events, and ad-hoc projects. The role will partner with teams across Global Corporate Communications, Retail Operations, People & Development and other cross-functional groups to help deliver timely, relevant and engaging communications that drive connectivity and engagement.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with excellent attention to detail, exercises sound judgment and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. To thrive in this role, this person should be curious and proactive, collaborative and highly organized, with a passion for storytelling and an interest in building employee connection across the business.
Salary range: $62,000 - $95,935 annually,
