Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Regional Rental Sales Leader to join the Mid-Atlantic team. You will lead rental sales, build lasting customer relationships, and maximize account penetration and retention through inside and outside sales activities.

Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least five years in rental or related sales management; valid driver's license. Base salary ranges from $155,705 to $264,500, with incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of Rental or Related Sales management experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention for rental accounts.
• Lead regional sales management, quota setting, and forecasting with rental account managers.
• Coordinate pricing/margin management, marketing, and market penetration strategies.
• Mentor and onboard sales associates; monitor performance and provide coaching.
