Job summary

Trane is hiring a Regional Rental Sales Leader to join our Mid-Atlantic team. In this role, you will function as the Regional Sales Leader for Rental services and projects.

You will develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention. Sales constitute all the processes and functions required to obtain inside/outside sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of Rental or Related Sales management experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• You will develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention with rental customer accounts.
• Oversee pricing, forecasting, and sales tools usage; manage Account Managers to meet quotas.
• Lead regional sales management, new customer acquisition, and overall profitability.
