Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for our Automotive Aftermarket Division. This role covers regional sales in aftermarket retailers, WDs, and buying groups. The goal is to identify and secure profitable new business while managing existing customer relationships and aligning manufacturer representatives' actions with company policies and strategies.

What you can look forward to as a Regional Sales Manager:
  • Gathering market intelligence and tracking market trends.
  • Collaborating with engineers on product management to ensure proper formulations and specifications.
  • Acting as a liaison between Glory Brakes factories and the Product Management team, providing marketing direction as needed.
  • Representing Glory Brakes at trade shows and industry events.
  • Providing market intelligence on pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitiveness.
  • Creating and executing sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Prospecting and establishing new accounts, managing customer projects via the Glory Brakes system.
  • Supporting independent rep agencies with sales activities and product updates.
  • Analyzing sales data to make informed decisions.
  • Managing accounts effectively, with upselling and cross-selling as needed.

Your Profile as a Regional Sales Manager:
  • Experience with braking systems or similar automotive components.
  • Experience working with aftermarket buying groups and retailers.
