Job summary

DXC Luxoft seeks a Regional Head of Sales, R&D Engineering for North America. You will build and lead the front-end sales organization, drive new business across automotive and expanding verticals, and manage a personal quota while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires strong knowledge of automotive tech (IVI/ADAS), a broad contact base, and proven cross-cultural leadership in international settings. A results-driven leader with excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: a degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Mechanical or Electrical plus MBA (Preferred, but not mandatory).
• 10+ years' experience in Sales/Account Management selling software services/solutions to Automotive OEMs and TIER1s
• Working knowledge of modern automotive technologies such as IVI, ADAS, Autonomous Drive and Connected Mobility
• Good understanding of Automotive industry ecosystem and a strong existing contact network
• Experience of working in multi-cultural international environment.
• Excellent English, articulate, good presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a regional front-end sales organization with accountability for sales, business development and strategic account management.
• Own targets: quarterly quotas, annual goals, and resource planning for the sales team.
• Provide forecasting, risk assessment and reporting to regional/global leadership.
• Collaborate with delivery units and product/marketing to align offerings and execute go-to-market plans.
• Lead personal quota and strategic pursuits while the team scales.
• Acquire new customer business across the full R&D Engineering portfolio in North America.
• Drive RFI/RFP processes with delivery units.
• Expand revenue into healthcare tech, consumer electronics, industrial and aerospace sectors.
• Develop partnerships with technology and channel partners for new customer channels.
• Represent the practice at industry events to raise market profile.
