Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a North America Process Business Manager to lead the Process Solutions business team and drive revenue, gross margin, orders, and customer satisfaction targets. You will shape and execute a business strategy with engineers, project managers, and multiple partners, reporting to the Delivery Director, Lifecycle Services.

The role oversees a $50+ million annual revenue portfolio, budgets, and financial forecasts, partnering with Global Sales, Marketing, RSSDs, and regional

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Strong project management and delivery track record.
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate strategy into action.
• Experience in process industries or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development of strategic plan for the NA Process Business.
• Review project performance for all process solutions.
• Positively collaborating with commercial and sales teams.
• Identify process delivery development needs and develop goals and direction including training plan, human resource review, succession plan, etc.
• Accountable for all aspects of process delivery team performance.
• Financials of business ($50+ million annual revenue).
• Responsible for NA process delivery business budgets.
• Responsible for costs, revenues, profitability financial forecast for NA Process Solutions.
