Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Business Process Lead to optimize materials management and manufacturing processes across global ISC and LCS teams. The role focuses on enabling data-driven decisions, establishing governance and improving predictability in delivery of hardware projects.

You will help shape collaborations, develop SLAs with ISC partners, and contribute to ERP implementation while aligning with regional leadership. A hybrid work model is offered from OH or WI locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in operations management, process improvement, or business consulting is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen collaboration between LCS and ISC.
• Establish an operating rhythm for reviewing processes and metrics.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to achieve results.
• Develop targeted recovery plans with actions, owners and timelines.
• Lead efforts to optimize cost and revenue linked to materials management.
