Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Sub-Regional Business Manager for North America to own revenue growth, delivery quality, talent development, and market expansion across Lifecycle Services. Lead a regional team of managers, engineers, and consultants, collaborate with Commercial leadership and Sales, and ensure a consistent ‘One LCS’ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in industrial automation.
• Strong financial management and business operations expertise.
• Proven capability to drive organizational performance through metrics and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own sub-region revenue, standard margin, billable hours of direct team.
• Drive market expansion of COR offerings within existing accounts.
• Develop and execute sub-region business plans aligned with North America LCS strategy.
• Financial forecasting, resource planning, and business performance reviews.
• Lead escalation management and resolution of significant delivery or customer issues.
• Promote consistent execution of the Rockwell delivery model and operational best practices.
