Job summary

• 8+ years leadership experience in industrial automation.
• Strong financial management and business operations expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own sub-region revenue, standard margin, and billable hours for direct team.
• Drive market expansion of COR offerings within existing accounts.
• Develop and execute sub-region business plans aligned with NA LCS strategy.
• Forecast finances, plan resources, and review business performance.
• Lead escalation management and ensure delivery quality and governance.
